The DJs, instructors, creatives, and community builders bringing PARKCHATA to life along Seattle's Waterfront Park
Jenny is a bachata instructor at Salsa Con Todo and a creative force behind Muevete’s events, including Bachata@Pacha and PARKCHATA™. From capturing photos and videos to helping tell the story of each event, she brings the community to life through thoughtful content and genuine connections. Whether she’s teaching on the dance floor or behind the camera, Jenny is passionate about creating welcoming spaces where people can learn, connect, and celebrate dance together.
Arnoldo, also known as DJ Armónic, is the founder of Muévete and creator of PARKCHATA™ and Bachata@Pacha, two community-driven dance experiences designed to bring people together through music, movement, and connection.
Born in Yucatán, Mexico, Arnoldo sees Latin music and dance as an important part of his culture and identity. Growing up with the sounds of Salsa, Bachata, and other Latin music, he is passionate about being a vessel for sharing that culture with people from all backgrounds.
As a longtime DJ, event producer, and social dancer, he creates welcoming experiences where Latin culture can be celebrated, shared, and experienced by everyone. Through PARKCHATA™, that vision comes to life outdoors in the heart of Seattle, bringing people together through Latin music, dance, and community in one of the city’s most iconic public spaces.
Liz has been a longtime supporter of the Seattle Latin dance community and has been part of several outdoor dance experiences produced by Muevete and DJ Armónic. Whether she’s leading a beginner lesson or welcoming new dancers to the floor, Liz brings warmth, enthusiasm, and an infectious smile to every event.
Known for her positive energy and encouraging teaching style, Liz has a natural ability to help dancers feel comfortable and confident from their very first steps. She believes dancing should be fun, inclusive, and something everyone can enjoy, making her a perfect fit for the welcoming community that PARKCHATA is all about.
Jeff, known as DJ JB, is a Seattle-based dancer, musician, and DJ whose deep connection to dance shapes every set he plays. A resident DJ with Salsa Con Todo and Baila District, he has performed throughout the Pacific Northwest alongside internationally recognized artists, earning a reputation for smooth, dance-focused sets that keep the floor moving.
Having worked with Muévete on previous events, Jeff has become DJ Armónic’s go-to Bachata DJ and a trusted part of Muévete’s Bachata event programming. At PARKCHATA™, DJ JB brings that experience to the waterfront, joining DJ Armónic to create an unforgettable mix of Bachata, Salsa, and feel-good energy for Seattle’s dance community.
As a dancer herself, Tia brings a unique perspective behind the camera, understanding the emotion, energy, and connection that can happen in a single moment. Through PARKCHATA™, she captures the people, movement, and unforgettable moments that bring our community together along Seattle’s waterfront.
